We fulfill orders twice weekly, so most items will be shipped out within 3-5 days of your order being placed, with tracking provided automatically. We ship all records in whiplash mailers with extra cardboard protection.

Return Policy

Orders delivering to Europe and the rest of the world (EXCEPT to North America) are now fulfilled by our partner Objects & Sounds out of Belgium. These orders are fulfilled on a weekly basis, and you will receive tracking information for your shipment. To ensure the safety of your purchase, all records are shipped in cardboard boxes with ample protection. Non-EU customers are responsible for custom fees required upon delivery.

Orders delivering to North America are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner RVNG intl out of NYC. Orders are fulfilled twice weekly, so most items will be shipped out within 3-5 days of your order being placed, with tracking provided automatically. We ship all records in whiplash mailers with extra cardboard protection.

Most titles are available to ship either from the US or Belgium, however occasionally some catalog titles will only be available to ship from one of the two destinations. Additionally, some newly released limited-additional titles may sell out in one location sooner than the other. Bandcamp automatically triggers the shipment from the closest warehouse to your address where the item is in stock. If you are being quoted high shipping rates for one title it is most likely that it is sold out/not available from the closer warehouse and will ship internationally.

*A NOTE ON PRE-ORDERS & MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS* Bandcamp automatically calculates combined shipping rates for multiple item shipments. Items ordered with a pre-order will not ship until that pre-order title is in stock. Due to a glitch, Bandcamp still indicates that those in-stock items will ship earlier, but you have not been charged for multiple shipments. If you would like to receive in-stock items before the pre-order please place a separate order.
